✨ Role-specific enablement, not generic “everyone attend this training.”
✨ Leaders visibly using AI themselves, messily and in public
And most importantly, they create psychological safety, a place where it’s OK to say:
“I don’t trust this yet.”

“I’ll try it and fail forward.”
That kind of culture...curiosity over control, is worth its weight in ROI.
What’s Not Working (Still)
